Okay, well I have to get up at four in the morning in two hours to go for a trip.I have been trying to get to sleep since 9 o clock at night.
Listen, I didn’t have any sugar 4 hours before bed. I watched tv until 10 then tryed to get to sleep. So, yeah. No I am basically fucked, listening to my family snoring away while I am tossing and turning in bed trying to get 0ne fucking second of sleep, which is obiviously impossible for me.
Another thing, it seems that I have the natural ability to stay up all nihgt trying to get to sleep. It’s happened to me before. I went to bed at 10 o clock at night and ended up tossing and turning trying to get to sleep until I had to get up for school at 5 am in the morning.

Yeah, I know how that feels, duder.
Just relax and don’t think about trying to go to sleep.
Rather, lie in bed and just think as you always would. Casual, you know.
You’ll start to get tired. Just remember things you did the other day, or something.
A fellow insommiac. Haha. Yes! I clearly don’t have much advice since I am also still up. If you are old enough, try drinking just a tiny bit. That usually helps loads.
it could be so many things. for starters, what are you watching on tv? sometimes the content can stimulate your mind and keep you awake. what foods are you eating and when? if you eat late it can keep you up, try some milk and (sounds weird) some turkey. this combination is suppose to have sleep aid effects in it. also try some herbal teas for calming effects. happy snoozing.
yeah man, empty your head, make sure you’re not worrying about anything before bed.
get some B vitamins, magnesium, good for calming nervous system down. Coz sometime you wont even notice your nervous system reacting fully before going to bed could cause you this.
Another thing is, dont eat too late at night and eat something descent on the evening, coz having junk crap inside could affect your insides, harder work for them to get rid of those toxins.
You’re trying too hard. If you can’t sleep, you can’t sleep. Get up after 20 minutes or so and read a book on the couch, or drink a glass of warm milk. You’ll eventually get tired. But, don’t stress about it or you never will get to sleep.
It happens to me too…
Just try to donĀ“t take a nap at afternoon, and u will be just too tired at night, and certainly u will fall sleep…
And try not thinking … just impossible, right hahaha
but u have to try =)…
