I can’t sleep when my boyfriends not in bed with me…Why?

Question by Rebellovin: I can’t sleep when my boyfriends not in bed with me…Why?
When hes in bed with me I smell his cologne he wears, I feel the warmth of his skin on me, his arms around me, I hear him breathing, and snoring, and the annoying feel of him tuggin my blanket off of me an stealing my pillow… I’m 11 weeks pregnant, and it’s gotten worse since I’ve been pregnant. If I go to bed at 10 pm I wake up every hour on the hour feeling beside me, then looking at the clock.. He works night shift, an gets home about 6:30 AM.. Sometimes I will just lay in bed for hours because I can’t sleep without him..

I’ve tride pillows, wearing his cologne and also T shirts to bed.. I sleep on his pillows and his side of the bed.. I just miss him so much when he’s gone.. He drives at night for his work, and it worries me so much.. Is there a way I can make myself get some sleep? -No sleepin’ drugs since I am pregnant.
Lisa there is nothing to “work out” except for my sleeping problem. And Yes I am attached to him, he’s my unborn baby’s father, and the man I love. The man who keeps me protected, and provides food on the table and a roof over my head. I’m very attached.. -An to the other person, Just because I forgot to put a ” – ‘ -” on Boyfriend’s doesn’t mean I got more than one jerk off, and no I’m not getting married just because I’m pregnant. Now go f yourself.

I sometimes have a little trouble sleeping because I miss my boyfriend /:
You can always go with the normal insomniac things, like watching tv, listening to music, or surfing the web until you’re exhausted. That’s what I do when I can’t sleep.

I hope you get some rest :)

  1. What the… How many boyfriends have you got that you want to sleep with? You better get married.

  2. I’m sorry to hear your predicament hun, it is sometimes hard to sleep when you are used to the warm embrace of the one you love, and i guess with the pregnancy comes those stronger pangs. All i can suggest is some Homeopathic remedies to help you relax, there are some oils, and scents that induce a feeling of calm and comfort. Best to go talk to a specialist, because they are natural they will not harm you or your baby. I really hope you get a good nights sleep soon. You could also try listening to music or a hot water bottle or something. We all are unique but i hope you find something that works for you. There’s always naps during the day on him to catch up

  3. I believe you are attached to your boyfriend, which it’s not good at some level and because of that you can’t sleep alone. Your boyfriend is not the only guy who works night shift.
And I guess you are overemotional because you re pregnant. So cool down, eat well and try to drink warm milk before bed time and if you still cant sleep then talk to your boyfriend and works things out..
    All the best.
