My husband snores so loud I can’t sleep. Can anyone recommend any helpful products?

the band aid that goes over the nose and lifts up the sides do.
The breathe rights strips work to a certain degree. There is also a product called Saline Nasal Rinse, available at drug stores, that cleans the nasal passages out. We recommend it to alot of our patients and they say it makes a huge difference. Sometimes phlegm and allergens can cause the nasal passages to clog which in turn causes the snoring. Good luck!
I can truly empathize. I know for a fact that your husband wakes up and feels totally exhausted even though he appears to be in deep ,comfortable sleep … why,
because he is not getting the correct amount of oxygen and most probably has(sleep apnea) a condition where a person stops breathing through their snoring!
My marriage went through an unbelievable stress – My husband did follow up and went to a sleep clinic. He did have sleep apnea!!!
He uses a c-pap machine. He now wakes up rested and is so much more alert…not to mention, we are on much greater terms now.

there might be better ones but it is a start. Your husband needs to take this seriously!
